Introduction "No macros and no macro viruses found!"   Welcome! If you came to this web page, you must be an Excel user. Who isn’t it actually? You might have already faced a problem that could not be solved at all, or could be solved very circumstantially in Excel. I have met this problem and not only once. So came the idea to collect these problems and to publish them together with the solutions I have found on the web. The web site "General Excel Files" was created to introduce such Excel files, whose functions can’t be otherwise solved in Excel. Certainly this does not mean that other Excel applications will not appear on this website. The general Excel files are classified in the GEF category and its names are beginning with these three letters. They consist of characteristically one worksheet which can be copied to any Excel file (as a worksheet) and after making some simple adjustments can be used immediately. The program functions made by me can also be solved by macros, but this solution, because of the macro viruses is not safe. The “No macros and no macro viruses found” shows that on this website there are no Excel files containing macros! Do you also have a recurrent problem in Excel? Write it to me.
